The holidays start now for these St. Louis pop-ups
Get in the festive spirit early at these restaurants and bars
Although it’s only the first week of November, there are a few spots in St. Louis that are already getting into the holiday spirit with cheery decor and festive cocktails. Here’s where you can find winter and holiday-themed pop-up bars around the city kicking off this weekend.
Angad Arts Hotel
Kicking off this Friday and running until New Year’s Eve, Art Bar atop the Angad Arts Hotel is hosting Moose Mug Lounge, a National Lampoon-inspired holiday pop-up on its rooftop. Celebrate the season with decor inspired by the film, like the “Lotta Sap” Christmas tree, an inflatable RV and movie-themed cutouts for photo opportunities. The seasonal cocktail menu features drinks like Uncle Lewis’s Old-Fashioned and mulled apple cider, available with bourbon or a non-alcoholic version.

The Chalet at Le Meridien
This winter, Le Meridien St. Louis Clayton transforms into a charming European-inspired hideaway with The Chalet, a rooftop pop-up that evokes the warmth and elegance of an Alpine ski retreat nestled in the heart of downtown Clayton. Running weekends from Nov. 8 through Dec. 29, The Chalet promises a seasonal escape with fireside lounging, curling and a menu designed to celebrate the comforting flavors of après-ski culture.

The Sleigh Shed at Union Station
From Friday, Nov. 8, until New Year’s Eve, Train Shed at Union Station will become a holiday pop-up bar called The Sleigh Shed. Visit The Sleigh Shed to get your fix of festive decor, holiday cocktails, mocktails and desserts. This year, some of the cocktails include the Rum, Rum Rudolph, Peanut Butter and Jolly and Santa’s Red Eye Fix. For drinks made without spirits, choose from a non-alcoholic sangria, a matcha-based mocktail or go for the classic hot cocoa. Pair your drink with a dessert like the St. Louis favorite gooey butter cake, peppermint cheesecake or beignets. Seating is first come, first served.

Up on the Rooftop at Three Sixty
Starting this weekend, these whimsical holiday cocktail pop-up experiences are reminiscent of being inside a snow globe, all while taking in rooftop views at Three Sixty’s locations in downtown St. Louis at the Top of the Hilton at the Ballpark and at Westport Plaza. Guests can enjoy seasonal cocktails, small plates and a glittering holiday atmosphere at each location, with no reservations required.
The Westport Up on the Rooftop experience kicks off this Friday, Nov. 8, and the downtown St. Louis at the Top of the Hilton at the Ballpark experience starts Sunday, Nov. 10, with both events ending Monday, Dec. 30. Each location will feature a different cocktail selection, with Westport offering items like the Pumpkin Pie Old-Fashioned and Santa’s Sparkling Sangria, and the downtown location featuring drinks such as Ho-Ho-Horchata Egg Nog and the Gingerbread Painkiller.
