What's your signature dish? Salmon Frazer: fresh salmon filet topped with horseradish, chopped pecans and breadcrumbs, baked and served over dijon mustard cream sauce with red beans and rice

Name three kitchen tools you can't live without: My wife, Seneca, who gives me inspiration; my daughter, Meera, who corrects me when I'm wrong and a chef knife.

A fun fact about you: I played Rugby for 15 years internationally beginning in high school. I began practicing yoga at age 50 and never looked back.
