Our “ROOTS” Dinner Series at Tempus is a one-of-a-kind dining experience rich with storytelling, culinary history, and face-to-face interactions with renowned local chefs. Our guest chef for May is Dave Owens. As he prepares each course from the phenomenal menu he has created for this exclusive Roots dinner, Dave will share stories from his life and culinary career spanning from Cardwell’s at the Plaza, his and his wife’s restaurant Terrene, Bissinger’s, and now as the Director of Culinary for Proper Brands.
