Thousands of thirsty St. Louisans flocked to the St. Louis Bourbon Festival, which spanned four city blocks along Cherokee Street and beyond, on Friday, Oct. 18, for the best St. Louis Bourbon Society event yet. The weather couldn't have been better, and people stayed for the party right until closing time.

The event gave attendees the chance to explore historic buildings in the area while sampling hundreds of bourbons, along with other boozy offerings such as other types of whiskey, hard seltzer, vodka, canned cocktails and more. VIP ticket-holders were able to relax in multiple VIP areas, where they got to sample some rare and high-end bourbons, some of which cost hundreds of dollars per bottle.

There were also several local artisan vendors selling a variety of items, an area dedicated to ax-throwing, food trucks such as Cass and Bucks, Super Smokers BBQ, Farmtruk, The Moobile and Lumpy Mashed Potatoes, and even a cigar lounge area, giving patrons a well-rounded evening of entertainment.

While the St. Louis Bourbon Society events have come to a close for this year, you can expect great things from the brand next year, so keep an eye on their social media for updates.
