Ramsay’s Kitchen at Four Seasons Hotel St. Louis has debuted a new fall menu
Signature dishes such as beef Wellington and sticky toffee pudding remain available
When news broke earlier this year that Ramsay’s Kitchen by Gordon Ramsay was coming to St. Louis, the community was pretty psyched, to say the least. Now, after a few months of great reception from locals and visitors alike, the upscale restaurant at the Four Seasons Hotel St. Louis at 999 N. Second St. in downtown St. Louis has debuted some new fall menu items.
New appetizers include heritage beets with ricotta, pistachio crumble, dill and citrus-ginger vinaigrette; and braised octopus with puttanesca, crispy potato and breadcrumbs. On the mains portion of the menu, look for additions such as truffle mushroom risotto; herb-crusted halibut; and a 12-ounce veal chop with grilled lemon and chimichurri butter. New sides include roasted heirloom carrots and roasted romanesco. Pear tatin and a chocolate petit pot de crème are the new desserts, and the vanilla mascarpone cheesecake has a seasonal update of spiced cherry-cranberry compote. We tried about half of these items on a recent visit and can vouch for their deliciousness.
There are also a few new cocktails, including Forbidden Fruit with calvados, amaro Nonino, cinnamon, apple, lemon and Jamaican bitters; Fall Sincerity with reposado tequila, cinnamon, Aperol, lime and passionfruit; and Corner Of The Earth featuring Buffalo Trace bourbon, Averna amaro, espresso, maple syrup and orange bitters.
Rest assured, you’ll still be able to get Ramsay’s Kitchen signature dishes such as the beef Wellington and sticky toffee pudding.
With one of the best rooftop patios and views in St. Louis, plus all these fun new menu offerings, Ramsay’s Kitchen should be on your must-try list this fall.
