This all-you-can-eat brunch experience comes with numerous BBQ options and breathtaking views of St. Louis. Offerings include a prime rib and sausage carving station, a Korean fried chicken and waffle station, Memphis dry rub barbecue chicken, bagels and lox, classic breakfast selections, as well as assorted pastries and fruits. Casa Don Alfonso offers a Father’s Day brunch buffet from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Sunday, June 16. Located in The Ritz-Carlton, St. Louis, this Italian eatery is serving up traditional brunch items including pancakes, waffles, omelets, bacon and sausage, along with the Sorrento-inspired buffet featuring a carving station with prime ribeye and a live dessert station. Niche Food Group’s globally inspired barbecue concept set to open later this year, Expat BBQ, will host a brisket tasting event on Sunday, June 16, at Urban Chestnut's Biergarten location starting at 11 a.m. while supplies last. Chef Sam Nawrocki will be serving up brisket sandwiches made with chipotle in adobo, avocado salsa verde and cilantro. The barbecue restaurant, which is set to be Niche Food Group’s 11th concept, will feature flavors from around the world made with American barbecue techniques.
