Central State Sandwiches is serving solid sandwiches at 2nd Shift Brewing​ on the Hill

Central State Sandwiches food truck is the newest food vendor to service the tasting room at 2nd Shift Brewing on the Hill. 

Their breakfast bagel is a case study in the art of the ideal breakfast sandwich: two gooey sunny side up eggs, bacon (which can be substituted for peppers and onions), melty American cheese, and – the low-key star – the sweet and tangy, housemade sun-dried tomato cream cheese, creating a perfectly soft, satisfying bite through crisp, toasted bagel. 

The chopped cheese has equally satisfying textures, from crisp, shredded lettuce to the grilled beef tri-blend (short rib, brisket and ground chuck), cheese and owner Kyle Green’s signature Kage sauce served on a fresh, chewy Union Loafers hoagie roll.
