Clementine’s Naughty & Nice Creamery is opening in Kirkwood this week

Clementine’s Naughty & Nice Creamery owner and founder Tamara Keefe is happy to announce the growing company is coming to Kirkwood. The sixth location will be at 140 W. Argonne Drive in the former Custard Station and will open on Friday, Nov. 12.

“We’re really the only ice cream stand in Kirkwood,” said Keefe. “There’s a lot of custard places, but we’ll be the only ice cream shop in this part of the world.” The first shop opened in 2015, but Keefe’s love for ice cream has been a part of her entire life, from making ice cream as a kid to attending an ice cream short course at Penn State, and her passion for travelling allows her to find new inspirations from around the world. “You learn a lot when it’s your hobby and your passion. We love Clementine’s and we think everybody in St. Louis should have the ability to have one in their neighborhood.”

The new location will feature a menu filled with the best-selling flavors from across their other five locations, as well as seasonal specials such as the recently launched pumpkin gooey butter cake and the returning s’mores bar ice cream, a fan favorite.

The 200-square-foot space is unique compared to other locations in that it will offer a walk-up window. Plenty of outdoor seating will be available to admire the work of Phil Jarvis on the outside of the building while you enjoy your frozen treats. “It’s going to look like Clementine’s, this time inside out,” she said.

Clementine’s in Kirkwood will be open Sunday through Thursday from 3 to 10 p.m. and Friday and Saturday from 3 to 11 p.m. For more information, visit clementinescreamery.com, or find them on FacebookInstagram and Twitter
