Seoul Taco celebrates 10th anniversary with free block party in the Grove Saturday

Clear your schedule for a night of good food, great drinks and quality entertainment at Seoul Taco’s 10th Anniversary Block Party. Come out and join the party from 3 to 10 p.m. on Saturday, June 19, at 4099 Chouteau Ave. in the Grove.

Admission is free, and food and drinks will be available for purchase from Seoul Taco and other local vendors. The event will also feature the debut collaboration beer between Seoul Taco and 4 Hands Brewing Co. called Seoul Lager, a crisp and dry brew with Pilsen and Goldpils Vienna malts and rice, as well as Hallertau Hersbrucker hops. Suggested pairings include tacos, kimchi fried rice and gogi bowls.

In addition to Seoul Taco and 4 Hands, the following vendors will provide food and drinks for purchase:

To help celebrate the occasion, the party will feature live music and a graffiti battle between Missouri and Illinois artists hosted by Secret Walls. “A lot about our identity of Seoul Taco is creative and working with local artists and musicians. Collaboration goes beyond just the food aspect,” said Seoul Taco chef-owner David Choi.   

The full schedule of performers includes:

  • 3 p.m. DJ VThom
  • 4:15 p.m. Looprat
  • 5:30 p.m. Secret Walls, a live graffiti battle
  • 7:20 p.m. Mvstermind
  • 8:15 p.m. Mai Lee
  • 9 p.m. Busta Rhymes

The event will be held outdoors, so masks will not be required, but guests are encouraged to maintain social distancing. Registration is requested online.
