The double cheeseburger at The Midwestern is a burger that has the power to lure you from your home. Chef Ben Welch puts two course-ground patties of dry-aged brisket, gooey house-made pub cheese, zingy fry sauce and a tart tomato jam between a fluffy-soft egg bun. With their dining room officially open as of May 21, you can go get a burger and enjoy it in their expansive space or get it to-go too.
