The Scoop: Final Cut steakhouse to debut at Hollywood Casino

121213_finalcut1   Final Cut Steakhouse is set to open to the public tomorrow, Dec. 13. Located at 777 Casino Center Drive at the newly renovated Hollywood Casino St. Louis in Maryland Heights, the restaurant takes the space recently vacated by Kelly English Steakhouse. Final Cut is a concept exclusive to Hollywood Casino; the St. Louis location marks the ninth for the Pennsylvania-based company.

Other dining spots at the entertainment center include newly opened Celebrity Grill, Charlie Gitto’s, Eat Up! Buffet, Phat Tai, Club Aroma and Studio Bar. Kelly English Steakhouse opened in the fall of 2011, and Sauce reviewed the restaurant in February 2012. Although English has returned to Memphis to run his eateries Restaurant Iris and The Second Line, the 2009 Food & Wine magazine Best New Chef, and 2010 James Beard Award Semifinalist for Best Chef: Southeast, will return to St. Louis Jan. 20 to participate in a 10th anniversary dinner at Sidney Street Cafe. A few tickets remain for that event.
