Pineapple-Mango Carrot-Mint Smoothie
Ingredients
1 1/4 cup apple juice
1 1/4 cup filtered water
1 cup frozen mango*
1 cup frozen pineapple
½ cup chopped, shredded or baby carrots
8 mint leaves, plus more to taste
Mint sprigs, for garnish
Preparation
• In a blender, combine all ingredients and blend until smooth. Divide into two glasses, and garnish with a sprig of mint.
* If using fresh fruit instead of frozen, you may need to use less water and add a few ice cubes. Play around with the liquid-to-solid ratio to figure out what works best for your ingredients and blender.
