Mashed Bean Sammie



Ingredients

1 cup cooked white beans
4 tsp. olive oil
2 tsp. white balsamic vinegar 
1 tsp. minced garlic
Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Cucumber slices, avocado and bean sprouts, for garnish



Preparation

• Puree the white beans with the olive oil, white balsamic vinegar, minced garlic, salt and pepper. 

• Spread on toasted slices of multigrain bread. 

• Top with cucumber slices, avocado and bean sprouts.
