1 Tbsp. pork fat
2 cups pulled pork (without onions) (recipe here)
1 tsp. cumin
1/8 tsp. chile powder
Pinch of kosher salt
Grilled corn tortillas, for serving
Salsa, avocado and fresh cilantro, for garnish
• Heat the pork fat in a large cast-iron skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the pulled pork with the cumin, chile powder and salt until browned and crispy, stirring frequently, about 10 minutes.
• Serve in grilled corn tortillas with salsa, avocado and fresh cilantro.
