Leftover Turkey Cuban
1 soft sandwich roll, such as a telera, halved lengthwise
1 Tbsp. yellow mustard
1 Tbsp. cranberry sauce
1 slice baby Swiss cheese
5-7 slices bread-and-butter pickles
2 oz. leftover turkey
2 oz. sliced ham
• Spread the yellow mustard and cranberry sauce on one half of the roll. Top with the cheese, bread-and-butter pickles and the turkey and ham. Cover with the other half of the roll.
• In a medium skillet over medium-high heat, add the sandwich. Press down with a heavy pan 2 minutes, then flip the sandwich, press down with the pan and cook 2 more minutes, until the cheese is melted.
