Make, Taste & Take
Join us as we make a variety of super fresh fruit and vegetable forward dishes we've been craving after the long winter:
-We'll discuss and demonstrate proper storage techniques to keep fresh berries, herbs and greens fresh for longer.
-Practice knife skills for proper technique on breaking down some of the more unusual spring veggies such as artichoke, fennel, parsnip and turnip.
-Learn the ratio for making fool-proof vinaigrette at home and make and taste our chef's favorite salad dressing.
-Prepare and sample three spring sides and salads that embody the taste, color and smell of spring.
