Dinner and Sake Pairing at The Bellwether

A specially prepared four-course prix fixe meal and sake pairing in The Reference Room at The Bellwether.

Start with a bespoke sake cocktail crafted by the mixologists at Bellwether. Then, sommelier and sake expert Patricia Wamhoff will guide you through sake pairings with three courses created by chef Marco Juehne. End with a delicious dessert.

Doors open at 6:30 for a cocktail (half-)hour, with seating to follow at 7pm.
