Sado, which is Japanese for “tea ceremony,” is a 97-seat restaurant that spreads out across a bar and cocktail lounge, a separate dining room, and an eight-seat sushi bar in the back of the space. It is the second restaurant from James Beard Award-nominated chef and owner of Indo, Nick Bognar.
