St. Louis Burger Week returns to more than 50 participating venues from Monday, July 22, to Sunday, July 28. El Fantasma Burger at El Milagro Azteca
Checking off a Burger Week special on El Milagro Azteca’s sunny patio alongside a frozen margarita sounds like summer done right. El Fantasma is a smashed beef burger topped with zesty pepper jack, fiery ghost pepper mayonnaise, crispy fried onions, smashed avocado and tomato piled onto a toasted brioche bun.

Perhaps the most scenic Burger Week destination, August The Mansion is a recent addition to O’Fallon, Illinois, in an Italianate-style family farmhouse built in 1857.
