6 trucks to check out at Sauce Food Truck Friday on June 14 in Tower Grove Park

Sauce Food Truck Friday takes place today, Friday, June 14, in Tower Grove Park. The event will run from 4 to 8 p.m., and will feature the Food Truck Friday debut of Case and Bucks. To celebrate, here's a spotlight on six of the trucks parking it this week. You can also view the full lineup here.

Buzz’s Hawaiian Grill
Providing flavorful Hawaiian dishes to the park this Friday, Buzz’s will have a wide range of options. Their appetizers will include spam musubi, their noteworthy manapua – a steamed bao bun filled with char siu pork – along with seaweed salad and kimchi. For their main dishes, four protein options will be served: kalua pork, teriyaki chicken, teriyaki steak and their popular poke bowls. Desserts will also be provided, including banana bread, Hawaiian bread, and a lilikoi bar for those who are fans of passion fruit.

Cajun Seduction
Bringing the flavors of the bayou to St. Louis, Cajun Seduction will have plenty of seafood, including catfish, shrimp, and salmon bites as either baskets or combinations. Their locally famous seafood mac will also be available, along with a gluten-free jambalaya and cauliflower bites for a vegetarian option.

Case and Bucks
Family-owned from Barnhart, Missouri, Case and Bucks will bring their truck, known as the “Patty Wagon,” along with a sports bar-style menu and experience. Sandwiches will include a cheeseburger, pork, or a fried chicken, all of which come with fries. There will also be pork nachos, chicken tenders and chicken wings. Both the wings and chicken sandwich can come in a variety of flavors, including Tennessee, barbecue or “C&B.” For sides, Case and Bucks will also offer mac and cheese, along with a kids menu.

Wok-O Taco
With a new take on tacos and their Latin-Asian fusion menu, Wok-o-Taco will be serving fan favorites and new items to the park this Friday. Tacos will include Thai chile chicken or bulgogi steak, which can be ordered individually or as a taco flight with two of each. Cheese, chicken or steak quesadillas will also be offered, along with their popular esquites Mexican street corn, and ginger-basil lemonade.

Zacchi
With an expansive menu of Jordanian cuisine, Zacchi will have entrees such as chicken or lamb shawarma, as well as falafel in both sliders and wraps. Loaded fries with lamb, chicken and shawarma will be available, and low-carb bowls will also be provided. For dessert, Zacchi will have a long list of flavored shakes, such as baklava, Turkish delight, date, Bedouin coffee and more.

Pete’s Pop
To help you cool down in the summer heat, Pete’s Pops will be bringing various flavored popsicles such as salted watermelon, fudgesicle, lemon poppyseed, Thai tea, blueberry-basil lemonade, and their fan-favorite birthday cake.

In addition to the food trucks, there will be plenty of beverages for sale, including frozen drinks from Narwhal’s Crafted, a selection of beer from 4 Hands Brewing Co. and Urban Chestnut Brewing Co. Gerard Erker and Sam Avery will also be performing live music.
