Revel Kitchen has opened a location in Maplewood with a drive-thru

Out with the old, and in with the deliciously (and nutritiously) new. Revel Kitchen, the health-conscious, fast-casual restaurant offering locally sourced, organic foods, has snuck into the spot formerly occupied by Jack in the Box at 7520 Manchester Road in Maplewood, and is fueling both drivers and walk-in customers in its own unique way.

This Maplewood Revel opened on April 25 and is the fourth location for owners Simon and Angelica Lusky. The other locations are in Brentwood, Kirkwood and Boca Raton, Florida. The couple also owns Motor Town Pizza in Brentwood.

The new location of Revel brings all the old favorites to the table: Build-your-own bowls with nutritious things like cauliflower rice, beans and grass-fed beef; and wraps made-to-order with ingredients like kale, cold smoked salmon, plant-based chorizo and organic quinoa. Thankfully, the vegan black bean brownie can also be found here.

General manager Gustavo Lopez, who has worked alongside the Luskys since 2018, said Revel has been well received on this corner next door to Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers. He said there are seats for 16 people inside, with another 12 spots on the small patio out front. Revel Kitchen is open from 10:30 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. seven days a week.
