5 trucks to visit at Sauce Food Truck Friday in Tower Grove Park on Sept. 8

The next Sauce Food Truck Friday of the season will take place from 3:30 to 7:30 p.m. (a bit earlier than normal to accommodate the setting sun) at Tower Grove Park on Friday, Sept. 8. Here are five of the trucks that will be at the park this week. 

Cinnacrush Grille
Along with their popular chicken philly, Cinnacrush Grille will have both a single and double cheeseburger, fried wings, chicken strips, loaded fries and a lobster roll. Bottled water and canned soda will also be available. 

Clara B’s Kitchen Table
Clara B’s will be serving shrimp and grits, brisket mac and cheese, a spicy honey chicken biscuit, chicken-fried cauliflower, and their version of a sloppy joe. Mac and cheese and grits can also be purchased as sides, along with jalepeno-rosemary fries, and a banana pudding parfait will be available for dessert. 

G Burrito
G Burrito will have both traditional and fajita-style burritos, quesadillas and nachos, as well as a plate of three tacos made with corn tortillas. All entrees come with your choice of protein: ground beef, steak or shredded chicken. 

Picture Perfect Panini
Expect a plethora of panini options from this truck, including chicken-bacon-ranch; a chipotle mayo- and Hot Cheetos-stuffed sandwich known as The Flamin’ Bacon; a BLT; and an Italian sub-inspired panini called The Godfather. Fries, mini tacos and mac and cheese bites will also be available. 

Roxy’s Hot Grill
Known for their deluxe sandwiches, Roxy’s will have options such as the jalapeno popper grilled cheese, and a five-cheese, bacon and brisket grilled cheese known as The Monster, among others. Along with their standard smash burger, the special will be the Firecracker Burger, which comes with two burger patties, pepper jack cheese, bacon, jalapenos, garlic sauce and tomatoes. 

In addition to the food trucks, there will be plenty of beverages for sale, including frozen drinks from Narwhal’s Crafted, seltzers from Mighty Kind, along with beer from Schlafly and 4 Hands Brewing Co. Additionally, Moon Valley will be performing live music.
