This week on The Sauce podcast: 4 Hands at The District, Idol Wolf and more

This week on The Sauce podcast, managing editor Liz Wolfson and executive editor Meera Nagarajan discuss a number of First Looks from the website. Up first is the new, second location of 4 Hands Brewing Co. in Chesterfield at The District. The 10,000-square-foot sleek and modern tasting room opened on Aug. 31.

Up next is El Molino del Sureste, the latest venture from Alex Henry of Sureste in the food hall at City Foundry STL. The new restaurant will focus on a Yucatan menu offering dishes like the whole roasted fish marinated in citrus and achiote.

The Mainlander, which started out as a pop-up that was operating out of Bulrush restaurant, has found a permanent home in the Central West End. The tropical-inspired theme extends beyond the dishes like roulade of inland fish and into the cocktail menu as well as the design of the restaurant.

Finally, they discuss a recent meal at Idol Wolf, that specializes in Spanish cuisine and cocktails inside the new 21c Museum Hotel St. Louis.

The Sauce is a St. Louis restaurant podcast where hosts Meera Nagarajan and Liz Wolfson of Sauce Magazine discuss where they've been dining, new restaurants they highly recommend and soon-to-open spots they're planning to try next.
