Yo! Salsa owners, LSL Hospitality open Prados, Roasted Coffee & Wine Bar in Lake St. Louis

The owners of Yo! Salsa Modern Latin Taqueria in Wentzville and the Yo! Salsa food truck have teamed up with LSL Hospitality to open two new side-by-side concepts in Lake St. Louis. 

Prados, which opened Monday, Nov. 12, and Roasted Coffee & Wine Bar, which debuted in late October, are both located at 21 Meadow Circles Drive, Suite 326, in The Meadows shopping center.

LSL operating partner John Lutgen described Prados as Latin-inspired, and fans of Yo! Salsa will find some similar offerings on the food and bar menus, plus plenty of additional items.

“We have tacos and burritos but also an expanded entree selection plus salads and sandwiches,” he said.

The restaurant seats approximately 120, along with a 40-seat private dining area. Lutgen said outdoor patio seating will also be available once the weather cooperates.

In addition to drinks featuring Blueprint Coffee, Roasted boasts a menu of small plates and charcuterie in addition to wine and dessert cocktails.

“It’s definitely a unique concept for the area,” Lutgen said.
