Lanai Glider Cocktail


  • 2 oz. Hendricks gin
  • 2 Tbsp. pickled watermelon rind, chopped
  • ½ oz. Chareau aloe liqueur
  • ½ oz. lemon juice
  • Mint sprig, for garnish


In a blender, combine the gin, pickled watermelon rind, aloe liqueur and lemon juice. Blend until smooth, then strain into an ice-filled Collins glass, pressing the mixture through a fine mesh sieve with the back of a spoon. Garnish with the mint sprig.
