Cedar Lake Cellars' Beer & Grilled Cheese Night

Cedar Lake Cellars, a year-round winery and event venue, will hold its first Beer & Grilled Cheese night. The evening – which is open to those 21 years of age and older – will be held in the winery’s Barrel Room.

The event will feature unlimited grilled cheese samples including The Fruitful (brie, apple and cranberry); The Trainwreck (bacon, onion, mustard, Gouda, and maple syrup); The Wild Card (zucchini, cheddar, and Dijon horseradish aioli); The California Club (bacon, avocado, tomato, and provolone); The French (egg, ham, and cheddar on maple-flavored French toast); The Iconic (Gouda, Munster, Swiss, and Gruyere); The Roast (roast beef, grilled onion, and Gruyere); and The Buffalo Bill (buffalo chicken and cheddar.) All sandwiches are served on sourdough bread except for The French.

Guests will sample five different types of beer provided by O’Fallon Brewery. The event will feature music by Pure Nectar from 6 to 9 p.m.

Tickets are $10 in advance or $15 per person at the door.
