MEDITATION FOR KIDS
In-person session AGES 7-11 only
This session will help kids to develop self-awareness, focus, patience and peace of mind. Session will have meditation practice, reflection and activities for kids. Parents will also be involved in the session. As per our policy, one parent is required to accompany a kid.
