Robust Wine Bar
This OG wine bar has long been a go-to for vino flights. The menu currently offers 10 three-pour flights at price points from $17 for the Three Pinks: Gone In A Blink rosé flight to $38 for the uber-upscale Bougie AF red wine selection.

Lazy Tiger
The classic cocktail bar experience from the minds behind CWE favorite Yellowbelly offers a mezcal flight ($18) as well as a flight of three agave spirits – tequila, mezcal and racilla ($23) – for those who want to see just what the agave plant can produce.

Nixta
Ben Poremba’s ode to Mexican cuisine also honors that country’s indigenous spirits with seven different flights, including Tres Sotols ($18), featuring three expressions of this hard-to-come-by (at least in St. Louis) agave liquor.

Scottish Arms
STL’s original Scottish pub lives up to its name with its vast array of whiskeys from every region of Scotland. Guests can build their own flights of half-ounce pours from the hefty spirits list (prices vary) and explore the whole of the country without leaving their seat.

One of the latest projects from the Hamilton Hospitality Group, Winnie’s has seven creatively named wine flights to choose from. Highlights include the Bubbles Before Takeoff ($19) sparkling wine flight and the International Flight ($20), featuring wines from Spain and France.

Bulrush
For something deliciously different, Bulrush has three flights of seemingly disparate spirits to explore along with the restaurant’s signature Ozark cuisine. For $30, guests can imbibe four tastes of either cognac, madeira or moonshine.

In addition to wine flights, Grand Spirits gives guests the option to sample the bittersweet delights of vermouths and amaros with build-it-yourself flights of each of these often under-appreciated categories ($17).

Bailey’s Chocolate Bar
This venerable date night destination not only has a fine selection of sweets but plenty of libations to accompany them, including a sparkling wine flight ($17) which offers guests a choice of three pours from the six bubbly selections on the menu.

Yellowbelly
Since the beginning, the cocktails at Yellowbelly have leaned heavily toward rum. Those who want to delve further into this sugar cane spirit can opt for one of four rum flights that cover creations from Jamaica ($18) to the funky agricoles of Rhum JM ($27).

In addition to flights made to order, Blood & Sand also has a selection of flights that rotate every month or two and featuring all sorts of spirits. Small Batch
If it’s whiskey you want, chances are Small Batch in Midtown has one to satisfy your palate and your curiosity. The bar also has a selection of whiskey flights, including Whiskey 101: The Big Three ($16), which showcases tastes from the U.S., Scotland and Ireland, and Bonus Credit: Taste of St. Louis ($15), which showcases whiskeys from local producer Switchgrass Spirits.
