The new Chef at Scape has really made this a must try St. Louis restaurant. His menu is very well put together for reasonable prices. They have a new bread service that includes a pretzel roll - awesome!!! My husband and I had dinner in the courtyard in back and thought that it was one of the most romantic spaces in the city.

loved it, tuna, steak tartare, skirt steak, spag+meatball, salmon all great. nice wine-by-glass selection, good chianti. diondre good server, chef +mgr attentive, lovely place, colors, lighting, wine cellar - great patio in back. we'll definitely be back, we were delighted and very well taken care of. fun, great gelato-cone-tree dessert for bday celebration. best dinner out in a long time - congrats to the staff - and we'll tell all our friends!

We went for the sunday bar-b-que. Please, do not bother. The menu is limited to four items, and they ran out of the ribs and one of the two desserts. The ribs, we actually got some, were cooked on one side only, the skirt steak was inedible, the chicken was tasteless, the hambuger was dry. Expensive for the quality. The "meal" comes with the "picnic table" (sides). Poor display, quality and service. Save your money and go elsewhere

My fiancé and I dined at ~scape this past weekend. We were "wowed and amazed” with the Courtyard located behind the restaurant.

We sat at one of the coaches, had cocktails, and relaxed. We had a wonderful server named Alberto that took excellent care of us.

The Rueben Sliders are a "MUST" - We will definitely be back next time for the Sunday night BBQ!!

Planning a wedding soon, and ~scape is at the top of our list for our rehearsal dinner.

AWFUL! My girlfriends and I went there thinking we would get a hip, fancy meal before a night on the town and what we we served seemed like TV dinners dressed up to look expensive. Everything was bland and cold. We would have complained, but the chef spent so much time at our table talking about how great he was that we just wanted him to go away. Everyone else there was over 50, so this def not the place for young people!
