Wine Makers Dinner

Moulin Events and Meetings & Wild Sun Winery, presence you with our Wine Makers Dinner on Saturday August 24th, 2019 at 6pm. Gather your friends and join executive chef, Ryan Luke for a fantastic Wild Sun Winery Chef Tasting.

Menu for the Evening:

Reception: Assorted seasonal Appetizers w/ a selection of Wild Sun Beer and Wine.

First Corse: Trio of Deconstructed Caprese Salad. Tomato & basil sorbet w/ frozen mozzarella gelato & extra virgin olive oil “snow”, paired with a Wild Sun Rose.

Second Corse: Chicken Ballottine. Late summer succotash & béchamel sauce, paired with a Wild Sun Chardonnel Reserve.

Third Course: Herb Crusted Iowa Premium New York Strip w/ creamed Ozark forest mushrooms & Brioche toast, paired with a Wild Sun Cabernet Franc.

Fourth Course: Blackberry Brownie Cobbler w/ fresh whipped cream, paired with a Wild Sun Eclipse Port.
