Enjoy a night of merriment followed by a morning cup of holiday cheer as the Mad Art Gallery hosts the Merrymaker Holiday Pop-Up Party from 7 to 11 p.m. on Saturday, Dec. 21, and the Blitzen Brunch from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Sunday, Dec. 22.

During Merrymaker, a 21-and-up event, munch on complimentary passed appetizers alongside special crafted holiday cocktails for purchase, including a winter whiskey sour, spiked eggnog and Reindeer Juice holiday punch.

Ron Buechele, owner of Mad Art Gallery, aims to celebrate the gallery’s employees, along with individuals who frequent the space year-round.

“I wanted to give our staff an opportunity to make some money and then the people who were following us and supporting Mad Art to have something kind of fun for the holidays,” Buechele said.

In the spirit of the giving season, anyone who brings a toy to the Merrymaker event will receive one free eggnog. All toys brought will be donated to St. Louis Children’s Hospital.

The following morning, soak up the night of fun with a family-friendly brunch buffet of cheesy egg and pepper bake, breakfast potatoes, a Monte Cristo casserole, Belgian waffles and more. Have a little hair of the dog with a cash bar of holiday mimosas, bloody marys and spiked eggnog.

Both events will feature entertainment, including live music at the Merrymaker event and an appearance by Santa at the Blitzen Brunch.

Tickets are available separately online for both the Merrymaker event and the Blitzen Brunch.
