Twisted Ranch will open a location at Trops in The Grove

The Twisted Ranch team is taking its ranch dressing-themed concept to The Grove. The new spot will be situated inside Tropical Liqueurs at 4104 Manchester Ave., and is expected to open sometime this summer. The space most recently housed a satellite location of Guerrilla Street Food.

Unlike the flagship location at 1730 S. Eighth St., in Soulard, Twisted Ranch co-owner Jim Hayden said the second Twisted Ranch will be counter-service only. The menu for The Grove shop is still under development, but fans can expect to see plenty of old favorites, along with a few new offerings.

“[The menu] will probably be about 90 percent the same as the current menu and about 10 percent different,” said Hayden.

Hayden said the new location offers an opportunity for Twisted Ranch to reach a new audience.

“It’s a good chance to do a smaller version of what we do, and gives us the ability to target the nighttime crowd, which we don’t do in Soulard. It’s also a really growing area,” he said.
